Our experience

Experience counts, and we have a lot of it.  Continuously, since 1959, Allstate Appraisal, L.P. has provided appraisal, review and consulting services, and today we are one of the nations largest such providers.  Our client-mix represents the full spectrum of the lending industry, from the originating mortgage brokers, to the lenders funding the loans, to the Wall Street investment company buying the portfolios, we work with them all.  And everyone in between, such as the mortgage insurance companies, the title insurance companies, the law firms, and of course, the buyers, sellers and borrowers. 

Our People

Our Chief Appraisers and Divisional managers are members of the Appraisal Institute, and hold the, MAI and/or SRA designations; our senior partners maintain memberships in industry committees such as The Appraisal Foundations Industry Advisory Council; our managers conduct appraisal training; teaching; and guest speaking appearances nationally.  Our staff is competent, experienced, and involved in the industry.  The average tenure of an Allstate Appraisal executive is 15 years.
