Doing well for our clients, and the industry, has been
our trademark since 1959, when Warren Albert founded
Allstate Appraisal in Chicago. Within a number of
years Allstate Appraisal grew into one of the the
Chicago area's largest independent providers of
residential, commercial and industrial appraisal
services.
This tradition continued until 1986 when Steve Albert
joined the firm and in 1993 made the decision to
extend our highly regarded valuation and review
services nationally. Our commitment to our clients
has resulted in consistent growth in our company size,
and the menu of services we are able to competently
provide to our diverse client base each business day.
Our
commitment to the industry is reflected in the owners
of Allstate Appraisal, L.P. each earning professional
appraisal designations through the Appraisal
Institute, the leading appraisal organization in the
USA. Warren Albert, SRA and Steven S. Albert, MAI,
SRA, are each long standing members, in good standing.
In
addition, Allstate Appraisal, L.P. is a member of the
Appraisal Foundation's Industry Advisory Council, a
group of appraisal professionals working together to
offer advise and develop recommendations for both of
the Appraisal Foundation's independent Boards;the
Appraisal Qualifications Board and the Appraisal
Standards Board.
