Quality Control Manager, Mortgage Insurance & Commercial Valuation Divisions

James manages our forensic review for our mortgage insurance client’s claims investigations, as well as co-manages our commercial valuation quality control.  James ensures that the client is provided with well-supported, compliant, and credible reports, and acts as a liaison between our clients and the appraiser who prepared each report. James attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL where he obtained his B.S. in Speech Communication, specializing in Public Relations, and Minored in Journalism – ideal educational background for the forensic types of assignments James manages for Allstate. He was awarded his SRA designation by the Appraisal Institute in 1997 and has been appraising since 1992.
