In addition to managing Allstate’s appraisal quality control for our lender-based and GSE related business, Michael’s other areas of expertise include working directly with Steven S. Albert, MAI, SRA in our Litigation-Support division and managing quality control on some of our most complex assignments. Michael has over 35 years of experience in the appraisal industry, and he spent eight of those years as a dedicated staff member here at Allstate. Mike is also the former President of The Appraisal Institute, Chicago Chapter. Prior to obtaining his appraiser license, Michael attended and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in History from Loyola University of Chicago.
