Providing both residential and commercial valuation and appraisal review services nationally, Allstate Appraisal is one of the nation’s longest-standing Appraisal Management Companies (AMC), having founded our AMC division in 1999.

Our commitment to our clients includes:

• Conducting our AMC services in compliance with all regulatory guidelines for each state we operate in.
• Selecting appraisers for each assignment based on their professional and geographic competency, and historical performance in working with Allstate Appraisal.
• Providing industry compliant and unbiased valuation and review services that have not been subject to any outside influence.
• Providing a quality control function on 100% of the appraisal reports we submit to our clients, in both an automated as well as manual review process conducted by a licensed or certified real estate appraiser.
• Providing round the clock access to our web-based appraisal management platform, which allows our clients to order, track, and receive services ordered through our company. it allows multi-user access so more than one person can access reports simultaneously, and it is fully integrated with all of the top LOS technology companies to simplify the on-boarding process.
• Open lines of communication with our organization, including with your account executive, our divisional managers, a dedicated customer service representative, our chief appraiser, and even our company’s owner.
• Formal rebuttal process for any service we provide to our clients.

In addition to our National Appraisal Management Services, Allstate employs a large full-time staff of residential and commercial appraisers who conduct appraisals through-out Illinois, Indiana, and Southwest Michigan. Allstate is among the larger privately owned appraisal firms in Illinois and has over six decades of experience in all Chicago-area markets. 100% of our appraisals go through a manual quality control review by one of our staff MAI, or SRA designated review appraisers prior to being submitted to our clients. The end result is consistently high quality, credible, and reliable valuations on any property type we appraise.
