Reporting and Compliance Made Easy

Allstate Appraisal’s Processing and Vendor Management teams proactively update each live order in our system each day and can customize the type and number of status reports you receive as well as the frequency of reporting.

If we are to collect appraisal fees directly from your borrower, payment links can be sent to them, allowing for complete PCI Compliance.  We do not share payment information between parties and the borrower can make the payment directly through our integration with Authorize.Net.

Custom Integrations Available

Our eTrac platform, developed by GlobalDMS enables us to have multiple integrations opportunities such as Black Knight (both RealEC and Empower), Core Logic’s RealView, Appraisal Port, and Encompass.

We also can integrate with other systems on a custom basis, just ask and we’ll work with you to determine if integration is possible.

Orders can be placed from within your own loan processing system, with statusing and completed files linked directly to your own LOS system.

Strict Quality Control Standards

Our quality control (QC) team performs a comprehensive review of each residential or commercial appraisal service we provide to our clients. In addition, the SSR reports are reviewed for errors/hard stops. All QC related concerns are pursued for corrections/revision with the authoring appraiser the same day the appraisal is reviewed.
