We are seeking a Certified Residential Appraiser to join our expanding Legal & Litigation Valuation Practice — a specialized division focused on complex, attorney-driven assignments including divorce, estate, and litigation support work.

Position Overview

You will be engaged in a consistent pipeline of legal appraisal assignments, including:

• Divorce and dissolution of marriage valuations
• Estate, probate, and date-of-death appraisals
• Retrospective and complex valuation scenarios
• Litigation support and attorney consultation

Assignments require strong analytical thinking, well-developed narrative reporting, and the ability to produce credible valuations that can withstand scrutiny in legal and adversarial settings.
