Beginning as a Teller and advancing through roles up to Vice President, she brings a deep understanding of process management and team development. Joining Allstate Appraisal, L.P. in 2012 as a Processor, Maggie quickly became a key team member, serving as a trainer and fill-in team lead before being promoted to National Processing Manager in late 2024. In this role, she oversees the processing team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and superior service.
